Select the person or company you want to make an internal transfer to.

Enter the amount ( arrow 3) and  reference-reason for sending money (arrow 4)

CLICK on CREATE

CLICK on “SEND”

Now you will have to Verify thansaction with Google Authenticator.

HOW TO TRANSFER MONEY TO YOUR SWIFT ACCOUNT

1.Log in to your account

2. Click “Make Payment”

3. Select and click on Beneficiary (2) ( in this demo case it is Sikira SWIFT

Click the account number (3)

4. Enter the ammount (4)

5. Enter own note (5)

6. Click “Create”

Click “Send”

Click “Create”

NOw you will have to verify your transaction

follow the written instructions below

Clink in sequential order on arrow 1 and arrow 2

You will see the image below. 

Click on “Make payment”

Search for beneficiary (person or company you want to make a payment to..in our case it is DVC Solutions, USA based company). 

If the beneficiary is not on your list select  “Add” to register beneficiary. Enter required details. See the image 

Click on the beneficiary name. You will see the image below.

This company is not a member of the SEPA payment system, so the payment will be executed via SWIFT .

If the beneficiary is a member of the SEPA community, you will see the image below when you click on the beneficiary.

In our reference case, we have paid a commission invoice to our partner, SEPA member.

Click on SEPA(red arrow marked)

You will see the image below

Enter Amount and reference (Invoice number or reason for making a payment)

Click on CREATE

You will see the image below

If all details are correct Click on SEND

Now you have to verify the payment with your Google Authenticator code (See the picture below)

To make another payment, suppose you want to pay another invoice or bill  Select “Make new payment”

Enter your code and CLICK on VERIFY (You will see the image below).

In our reference case 2, our partner is SEPA member so the SEPA is selected by default when we entered IBAN number. 

In our reference case 1, DVC solutions invoice payment to the USA, the SWIFT payment would be selected by default when we entered SWIFT/BIC number.

Click on SAVE.

HOW TO PAY AN ELECTRICITY BILL, TELEPHONE BILL, ETC. IN THE COUNTRY YOU LIVE IN

Suppose you live in Sweden and have to pay an electricity bill, telephone bill or whatever to a company registered in Sweden.

The company usually send a bill to your address or offers you to pay online. See the image below.

Payment procedures differ between countries.

In Sweden, you generally use Bankgiro, Postgiro, Payex, PayPal etc.

Regrettably, we cannot process payments to local payment solutions as Bankgiro or Postgiro.

To be able to pay the bill, you need to have the IBAN or BIC/SWIFT belonging to the corporation you want to pay the bill to. See the image below.

Bankgiro, postgiro or any other  local payment solution can not be processed in our system.

However You can use worldwide:

IBAN; BIC/SWIFT .

Do not forget to enter OCR-number (Optical Character Recognition) or reference number. If you can not see any OCR number you may write a short message explaining your payment.

Be careful, If you use an incorrect OCR number, your payment will be counted as an incorrect payment. In the vast majority of cases, the money ends up correctly, but to make it easier for the payee, it is important that you check that the OCR number you use is correct. If you have an unpaid invoice, the payment will be added to the unpaid invoice.

HOW TO TOP UP YOUR CARD

2. Click on the card number you want to Top-up (2)
3. Click on “Load” (3)
4. Click on the Account holder name, in our case Sikira Invest AB (4)
5. Click on the account number from which to Top up your card (5)
6. Enter the Amount(6), in our case 10€
7. Enter your reference (7)
8. Click “Create” (8)
9. Click “Send” (9)
10. You will see your card balance.
In our demo case, 10€ has been added to your card balance.
