Any changes or modifications will be effective after providing notice, and your continued use of the Site or any of the Services following such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and SikiraPay. Violation of any of the Terms may result in the termination of your account(s). Prior to joining any of SikiraPay’s partner/affiliate programs, please carefully read and understand the terms and conditions.

**Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions**

1. You are NOT permitted to conduct email promotions in a 3rd-party system – all email contacts MUST be your OWN opt-in email list. You cannot buy solo ads, use safe lists, employ spam techniques, or similar methods.

2. You must NOT run “negative” PPC, iframe, advertising, or SEO campaigns such as “Product name/author name scam” or any other method that attracts controversial clickthrough rates, which an ordinary person would deem to portray a negative view of the product. Such practices create a negative image for our company and the individuals featured in the products, resulting in immediate termination from the program.

3. Earning a commission on your own purchase is prohibited. Any ‘self’ purchase commission may be clawed back.

4. Sites promoting SikiraPay must have their own branding and be clearly identified as an affiliate. You must NOT clone any part of the official SikiraPay site or create a similar layout or offer that may confuse or mislead visitors into thinking it is the official site.

5. The use of domain names containing the words SikiraPay or any variation infringing on our brand is not permitted unless expressly agreed upon in advance.

6. Providing rebate offers of any kind is not permitted. Traffic via coupon or discount websites, Google Ads, and Bing Ads marketing by affiliates is not entertained.

7. “Cookie stuffing” or any other method of cookie manipulation will result in an immediate ban from our affiliate program and could lead to legal action to reclaim falsely claimed affiliate commissions or damages.

8. Running paid ad campaigns that conflict with SikiraPay’s own brand advertising, including the purchase of ads for www.sikirapay.eu, is not permitted.

9. For affiliates residing in India, commissions paid will include an 18% GST. To process your payment, you need to provide an invoice that includes your PAN card number and GST number (if applicable). All commission payments will be subject to a 5% TDS deduction. If you do not fall under the tax bracket, you may claim a refund from the government.

10. Affiliate payments to qualifying affiliates (see above) are made automatically through SikiraPay via PayPal. An active PayPal account is required to receive commissions and adherence to PayPal rules is mandatory.

11. Representing SikiraPay accurately is crucial. Misleading claims, inaccurate information, or false testimonials violating FTC guidelines will lead to immediate revocation of affiliate accounts.

12. SikiraPay is not responsible for incorrect use of affiliate links or IDs, nor for any loss of sales resulting from this or from incorrectly typed affiliate URLs. Affiliates must ensure that their affiliate link and information are correct.

13. Properly collecting and placing links from your site to SikiraPay’s pages on sikirapay.eu ensures you get the credit you deserve for referrals. Always use your unique affiliate links when promoting SikiraPay to track successful referrals.

14. Affiliate payments to qualifying affiliates are made automatically through SikiraPay via PayPal only. For Indian affiliates, commissions generated are inclusive of GST payment. If you are a company or individual with a GST number, you are required to deposit the GST amount for the respective payment. The Company Name is Magnet Brains Software Technology Pvt. 15. SikiraPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for suspicious or fraudulent activity not aligned with business ethics.

16. Monthly payout reports generated on the 15th of each month review earned commissions. To receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 60 days. Affiliates can expect prompt and accurate payouts for all eligible referrals.

17. Commission payouts may require manual issuance of invoices for claiming. Payment processing fees are the affiliate’s responsibility.

18. Banned affiliates will not receive current or future payments for their referral’s purchases. Refunds are not provided for abusing the affiliate program.

19. The Affiliate Program may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

20. Either party may end the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party a written notice, typically in the form of an email.

If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this document, SikiraPay reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program. Efforts will be made to contact the affiliate prior to a ban, but SikiraPay reserves the right to eliminate any violator from the Affiliate Program without prior notice, in the event of prohibited behavior.

**Affiliate Commissions Void:**
Affiliate commissions may be voided if:
– The customer’s web browser does not accept “cookies.”
– The sale was refunded, resulting in a refunded affiliate commission.
– The customer did not buy the product within 365 days of clicking the affiliate link.
– The customer clicked a different affiliate’s link after clicking yours and made the purchase.

**Verification of Affiliate Referral Sources:**
Eligibility for commission payments requires affiliates

to have their referral sources verified. Failure to respond to the affiliate referral source verification email within 7 days may render the affiliate ineligible for commissions during that period.

Verification may be requested at any time, and if legitimate evidence cannot be provided, SikiraPay reserves the right to terminate participation in the Affiliate Program, with no pending or future payments for referrals.

**Commission Void:**
Affiliate commissions will be automatically voided if unclaimed. Additionally, commissions will be voided for fraudulent activity or failure to provide proper evidence of the referral source.

**Affiliate Payout Criteria:**
For an affiliate to receive earned commissions, the following criteria must be fulfilled:
– The referred sale must have completed the 60-day payout period.
– The total commission must exceed the minimum payout amount of $50.

**Affiliate Verification Criteria:**
The verification process for affiliates depends on the situations, including:
– Successful verification of referral sources.
– Providing evidence supporting referral sources.
– Contacting affiliates to verify referral sources.

**Account Suspension:**
Account suspension may occur if affiliates engage in activities violating the affiliate policy. Prohibited methods, such as brand bidding or unauthorized advertisements, will result in blocking.

**Modification of Terms:**
SikiraPay reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be provided by email, and continued participation in the Affiliate Program indicates agreement to the changes.
